Originally founded as a consulting firm for Western Europeans, we quickly realised that our clients expected more from us than help in finding real estate and setting up a company.
The purchased properties - mostly redevelopment properties - had to be repaired, the plots had to be developed and the new companies needed assistance to establish themselves successfully. To meet the demand for full services from a single source, we added construction services and a marketing service to our portfolio. We have expanded our real estate consulting services and are now also available as real estate agents in Romania.
Two more business areas will follow at the beginning of 2023. With our partner, Apuseni Rental Profis S.R.L., a rental park for construction machinery and tools will be established in the small town of Ștei. In the small town of Vașcău we will open a tourist information centre on approx. 250 m², which will also include a café with German cakes and a bistro with German dishes.
